Wyatt Bone
Wyatt is a 15-year civil engineering veteran with experience designing a myriad of product types, including multifamily, shopping centers, subdivisions, industrial, military complexes and other commercial projects. He brings additional experience as a commercial real estate developer, developing over 3 million square feet of industrial projects from the ground up, performing entitlement and diligence work, and acting as owner’s rep. on each project. He is adept at monitoring and tracking construction progress, confirming it aligns expended project funds and projected schedule. Wyatt is an NC State University graduate and native North Carolinian.
Bob Brooks
Bob has more than 35 years’ experience as a construction management executive, having managed and built facilities throughout North Carolina. Completed projects include industrial, office, retail, hospitality, amenity and multifamily. Bob has worked with commercial developers and large general contractors, with responsibilities including preconstruction services, project budgeting and monitoring, and buildability analysis. Keeping construction projects on schedule and on budget is how Bob has successfully served numerous construction clients. He graduated from NC State University and has spent almost all of his life in North Carolina.
Daniel Gunter III
Daniel is a seasoned commercial real estate development and legal professional, having worked in the industry for over 15 years. As a developer, he has led or participated in ground-up development of office, industrial, multifamily, mixed-use, retail and single-family projects, managing due diligence and securing entitlements, and acting as owner’s rep. to confirm construction budget and progress. As a former commercial real estate and finance attorney, Daniel drafted and reviewed a myriad of contracts, negotiated transactions and assured timelines were met for multiple clients. Daniel is also an NC State University graduate and a North Carolina native.
